Sprint V Flue Gas Analyser
|
Using the latest technology the Sprint V range of multifunction flue
gas analysers allow heating engineers to test boilers to optimise
servicing and efficiency and to assess the integrity and safety of gas
installations and heating systems.
Sprint V products can offer up to six functional tests as follows:
-
Flue Gas Analysis for combustion efficiency assessment
-
Draft and Differential Pressure measurement
-
Differential Temperature measurement for flow and return
-
Room CO test to assess the safety of installed appliances
-
Gas system pressure integrity test to test for leakage
-
Gas escape test to locate pipe-work leaks.
All Sprint V products measure flue gas temperature, oxygen and carbon monoxide and calculate CO2, Excess Air and Combustion Efficiency. In most regions they also measure CO/CO2
ratio which is used to determine the need for servicing. All include
the room CO build up test used to check for faulty appliances. All
versions can output reports to Sprinter - a hand held IR communications
accessory printer.
Currently available Sprint V versions are:
- V1 - Basic unit with functions as listed above
- V2 - Full function unit with differential temperature and
differential pressure, USB communications to PC and optional gas escape
probe
- V3 - As V2 with Bluetooth wireless communications to a PC or compatible PDA devices
- V4 - As V2 with the addition of a nitric oxide (NO)sensor to determine NO and NOx levels
- V5 - As V4 with Bluetooth wireless communications to a PC or compatible PDA devices

Tempest 50 (CO, O2, NO, T°, Pressure)
The Tempest 50 is a rugged, reliable emissions monitoring unit that
has been designed for a tough life with heating professionals. Its
wipe-clean touch panel allows you to achieve the results you need
quickly and simply, without the risk of moisture or dust damaging the
contents.
Several options are available with the instrument including different
sensors and data output options which can be specified prior to
delivery or can be added later.
CO, O2, temperature, pressure, optional NO.
Tempest 100 (CO, O2, NO, T°, Pressure, No2, SO2, H2S, HCl)
The Tempest 100 offers everything the Tempest 50 does with the option
of several different sensors and data output options which can be
specified to measure exhaust gases, pressure and temperature
requirements. The single function buttons provide quick and easy
snap-shot indicators; whilst more advanced logging requirements can be
easily configured.

Spy Gas
The Telegan Spygas range consists of 3 easy to use, one button
control point detector: Spygas Freon, Spygas Gas and Spygas CO. These
robust and reliable gas monitors are used by professionals worldwide.
Spygas Freon
The Spygas Freon is one of the easiest to use freon leak detector
with one button control, an LCD bar display with automatic backlight
operation and a Crescendo alarm that quickly rises with concentration.
Spygas Freon responds to the commonly used freons: R22, R134A, R407A and R410C.
Spygas Gas
The Telegan Spygas Gas is an easy to use gas leak detector with one
button control, an LCD bar display with automatic backlight operation
and a Crescendo alarm that quickly rises with concentration.
Commonly used "spray" leak detectors can be dangerous when used
inside boilers – one misplaced spray can destroy expensive electronics.
When pipes are close to a wall, there could be lack of space to spray
the fluid and even less to view for leaks. Spygas Gas prevents this
issue.
Spygas CO
The Telegan Spygas CO is a unique "point and read" tool that provides
quick and accurate readings of CO emissions, as well as an ambient CO
Room Test.
Gas Seeker
|
Dual range 0-100%LEL/ 0-100% volume monitor for leak detection and purge monitoring of gas systems.
Incorporating twin hydrocarbon detection technology, Gaseeker
monitors hydrocarbons in inert backgrounds at % volume levels for gas
pipe system purging and inert atmosphere monitoring, and has a % LEL
sensor for gas escape testing. The Gaseeker's sensors provide accurate
flammable gas measurement for purging and gas escape detection, whilst
the oxygen sensor verifies a successful air purge. |
Autofilm II
High Speed Flame Ionisation with Digital Logging.
The Autofim II portable Flame Ionisation Detector (FID) extends the
capability of the Gas-Tec by offering intrinsically safe (IS) protection
and digital data logging. Extremely portable, the Autofim II is
shoulder carried with logging results quickly displayed on the digital
display or downloaded to a PC via the fibre optic link.
Gas-Tec
The Gas-Tec portable Flame Ionisation Detector (FID) sensor can
measure minute levels of hydrocarbons, allowing detection of levels from
1 to 100,000 ppm of methane in less than 2 seconds. Even gas leaks from
distribution pipes located under main roads or highways can be quickly
detected.
Extremely portable, the Gas-Tec is shoulder carried allowing the
independent probe to be positioned easily around valves and flanges.
